Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, execute sales action plans & achieve individual sales targets
- Responsible to achieve group sales target set by Management
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on inquiries/sales orders
- Build a relationship with potential clients and perform regular follow-up with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and evaluate customer needs
- Maintain updated knowledge regarding company services
- Keep abreast with the latest market trends and development including competitorās activities
- Prepare sales report on a monthly basis
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments or additional roles assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Possess a Bachelorās Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Management
- At least 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in developing and maintaining customer networks
- Strong leadership quality with experience in managing the sales team
- Familiar with Health Care Industry (Added Advantage)
- With / Without own transport
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Added Advantage)
