Job Descriptions:
- This position reports to application specialists manager.
- To provide full application supports for our clinical diagnostics customers including Lab technician, Lab manager, management people and doctors, and for our team. The supports is not limited to working hour but also oncall service after working hour.
- The main product suppliers are from biomerieux France, eppendorf Germany, Improves and others.
Responsibility:
- To provide internal and external training for our microbiology clinical diagnostics products
- To provide application support to our microbiology clinical diagnostics customers through online apps (such as whatsapp), email, phone call or onsite visit.
- To trouble shooting for our clinical diagnostics products through online apps (such as whatsapp), email, phone call or onsite visit.
- To keep track of our products records
- To report to suppliers.
- To write report to management
- To provide market intelligence information.
Who Can Apply:
- Candidate must possess at least Master Degree or PhD in Microbiology, or BioTechnology or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must base in Puchong and willing to travel to whole Malaysia
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare - Molecular diagnostics or Clinical Diagnostics Lab or equivalent.
- Must have good presentation skills
- Must able to stand high pressure working environment and on call duty.
