PLT Scientificās headquarter is strategically located in Puchong which is an industrial town on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur (the capital city of Malaysia), to serve our customers due to easy access to the various business-friendly infrastructures and business facilities. Success on the local front had spurred us to foray into other markets in the region with the founding of an affiliated company in Thailand in 2003 as the first step. Another affiliated company was established in Indonesia in 2010.
PLT Scientific represents many world-renowned manufacturers and distributes a diverse range of scientific products. Our strong base of loyal and satisfied customers, built up over the years, speaks volume for our high standard of customer service and the rapport we have established with them. All our clientele are from the government and private industrial sectors: The government sector includes government institutions (regulatory bodies, research centers & institutes, institutions of higher learning and hospitals); Industrial sector includes all manufacturing companies and private analytical laboratories.
Job Responsibilities/Descriptions:
- Responsible on coordinate/feedback on customerās inquiry and complaint
- Responsible to serve walk-in customer and explain and provide product information to customer.
- Receive customer purchase order and forward to the correct person to proceed the order.
- Upon receipt of customer P.O or Sales Confirmation, compare with quoted price. Re-quote to customer if quotation or price is not valid.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Academic Qualification: Basic Degree in Science or Chemistry or any equivalent science background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant
- Work independently and as part of a team.
